Good news everyone!!! We are starting our fitness bootcamps on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings beginning on 10-27-09! These camps are for all ages and fitness levels,so you don't have to be Lance Armstrong to join. These fit camps will target your core strength, endurance, and muscle toning! The camps will take place at Cottage Hill Park and the cost will be $10 a person per class, or you may buy a week pass for $25. Bootcamps are scheduled to last about an hour so plan accordingly. Make sure you wear comfortable clothes, and bring plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
